Expect to pay about 500,000 baht a year for a Soi Bangla bar. In Karon you can get a bar for 100,000 baht a year but it is also dead in low season. The latter is also true for Koh Kamui bars.

Hi Nicke is this just the rent you're talking about I thought bars run anywhere from 3 to 6 million baht to buy in a good location.
