We have decided to sell our bar beer "G-Spot" in Soi Sea Dragon. It has just been recently totally gutted and rebuilt inside, electrics and all. We are about to open a pool/sports bar on the second floor above Playschool, and now my wife and I are thinking that the 2 bars will be enough for us to look after.
I am looking at B1.5m, but am negotiable. The lease is due at the end of year, and is anticipated to be B700,000 for 3 years.
