I had the opposite happen to me , was staying at Summer Breeze and was told I'd get discount. On checking out (with massive hangover !!!) , forgot all about it , was having coffee when Bill the owner (BM Billpay) came over and handed me some cash. Turns out that the receptionist was unaware that I should have been given discount , but Bill saw me and double checked.
Was good to see that some places are really honest and look after their guests .
