Well, not so much about being a "good boy / bad boy" but more about being a grown-up and taking responibility for your actions, something which BOTH parties have to do.
Easy for you too, insist on a condom and / or keep your willie out of harms way. No sex, no baby --- simple as that.
Having sex, like any kind of "pleasurable activity" always involves a certain kind of risk. If you can't handle the consequences, better to just shy away...
