I think you would find that many of the high end escorts in Europe will provide a similar GFE experience if you can afford the painfully high pricetag. Those kind of escorts will be sophisticated dinner companions, a guide to thier city, someone to spend time with as well as a sensual sexual service... They do cost 100's if not 1000's of Euros a day though so you need to be very affluent to afford that level of GFE type service back in the west.
Hence many people would cut straight to the sexual side to minimize time spent. when you look at a per day charge in relative spending power its not far off what a BG gets per day in this country.
