You can get a taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya then fly from pattaya (U-Tapo)to Koh Samui then on to Phuket all with
www.Bangkokair.com as these are the only ones who fly to samui.
Then from Phuket to Bangkok you can use any of the following
www.airasia.com
www.nokair.com
www.thaiair.com
www.bangkokair.com
there is 1 more but cannot remeber it
