The City Lodge is right on the corner of soi 19 and sukhumvit, there is also one at soi 9, again right on the corner of Sukhumvit.
We stayed at the soi 19 one and it was awful. The window would not close properly and the traffic noise was appalling, they also charge 3500baht a night.
