I spent some time in both places last trip.
Now afterwards when I compare the two places, Dragon had the Stunners and prettiest service-girls, a special thanks to "Mem" an adorable girl with the cutest of smiles!
The dancers in Rockhard did their strut in sexy street wear(coyotee-style)? The Dragon ladies showed more skin in their bikinis, but they also showed more "attitude"!
Rockhard had the better music (being an old rocker).
Dragon is way too loud and car-alarm dance music for my taste.
The air is also fresher and cooler in Rockhard, the girls are more forward and are not afraid to approach you by themselves, seating is also more comfy specially the sofas under the windows.
More athmosphere and things going on around you in Dragon though, with frequent shows to break up the GoGo dancing.
