To be clear you have to read the last two editions of Asia Bugle to understand what is going on.In the first episode the Prowler critised the girls in Rock Hard as boring. 
The next issue of the Prowler contained an article by Big Bill who was the best manager they ever had who gave a very balanced account of things.
