Just checked my email via a web site and the banner ad at the top said "professional teeth whitening online" - images of emailing one's teeth to the dentist flashed across the mind...
You can electronically transmit money to a BG, but they can't email (all) their services by return... why is that? Research has obviously been biased in favour of the BG end of the business for far too long
