Larry the owner "claims himself to be an asshole" and he has proven himself correct! Rock Hard and Rio have suffered heavily in the last months.. Every time I have visited the place in the past months I have had a problem.....once in Rio the food I ordered was served to another customer at the next table....I had to wait 40 minutes for my food to be reordered!!! An Other time I was ripped off in the change I recieved back from the staff at Rock Hard I NEVER can find any manager( Is there one?) in either place, and the staff is no help. I suggest to give this place a pass the....It has seen its better days, the the owner Larry could care less!
