As said technically it is work.. But then so is everything.
The rules here are written so badly.. They use the word they are defining in the definition and the definition is so broad (any task a Thai could do with or without renumeration) includes driving my car, walking the dog, doing the garden (actually Burmese handle that) etc etc etc that the actual law becomes useless.
I have come to the realisation now that the Thais like to have inneffective and lose legal definitions so that the interpretation can be left up to people on the ground so that they can collect T money.
