Well .... It seems that its all because the umpire is a racist! Shock! Horror!
Funny how the racist tag seems to crop up so often - but only about teams from the sub-continent.
I don't understand why, but the whole issue of whether the ball was tampered with or not seems to have fallen by the wayside. Let's have a ruling on the central issue before we start worrying about the way that players and management reacted.
If there was no tampering, then the Pakistan team should rightly be pissed off and there is some small mitigation for the way they reacted. If there was tampering then the ICC should hang them out to dry for unprofessional, unsporting and uncricketing behaviour.
