Older lady about 35 with star tatoo on wrist, wearing camoflage shorts - called herself Weiner, spoke really good English. Other one early 20's and spoke no English. Both from Chang Mai and they were hanging out by the Police station by the beach end of Bang La Rd.
Avoid them!!! You will recognise them 'cos they have both probably bought diamond tiaras
