Oops! No idea where I got the Mike from! My message actually was referring to Irish Johnny's post, not Nicke's - my humblest apologies to all you Mikes and Mike sound-alikes! LOL!

Anyway, thanks very much to Nicke for his point that prices are not seasonal (I was surprised to hear that); to Presagea for his recommendations to check out some of the places off Bangla Rd; and to Dawsey for the two links! Much appreciated!
