Yes, there are those fµcking people who sometimes yell you in the street "excuse me, do you speak English" or pay thai people to make you fill surveys. This happens in Phuket and Pattaya. Their only purpose is to sell you an appartment (in time sharing).
When such thing happens, just put the "ignore mode ON".
Sometimes, I'm proud to say that I speak french and to tell them "MOI PAS PARLER ANGLAIS !!!"

Free flight, rent for one month and visa’s sorted.
