And that's the trouble w/ BKK(besides the pollution). Soi Cowboy was great when I first came to BKK 5 years ago. Twice the size it is now, and loads of little beerbars. Now it is all gogos and not much different from Nana, except the prices are a little better. Then Clinton Entertainment Plaza was open, too(Ah, those were the days! Girls, girls, and more girls!) LT last winter was 2000 plus 600 BF there, and I did find a very nice lady that I went with a few times, but I don't remember the name of the gogo. Nana was 3000 LT for any girl who looked pretty good.
My buddy and I found ourselves starting out in Nana for a few beers and a looksee, then spread ourselves around a bit to some bars and discos. If we still didn't score by about 1:30, we would check out Cowboy, and if that failed back to NEP to catch the girls on their way out or in the parking lot across the way. Most nights we found FLs to our liking in one place or another, and ony rarely hooked up with gogos. At 1000 ST, 1500 to 2000 LT, nd no BF, that seemed the best deal, and we were getting girls that were good as most in Cowboy, if not as god as the better caliber in NEP, but almost always way better than Soi 7 beergarten girls, not that we didn't go there occasionally also, most of the girls there are mediocre(some better, some worse).
Soi 33 sounds a little rich for my blood. But maybe I'll check it out. I stayed in a hotel nearly on the other side of Sukhumvit from there, Soi 20 IRC(the numbers on one side are not in sync with the soi numbers on the other side). There were a couple little beerbars on soi 20 that occasionally had a few cuties, as well!
