The market that you mentioned on that map are in Nahkleua north of Pattaya.
I've never been up there but I think the sunday market are the same market that builds up at the end of Soi Bua Khao near South Pattaya road every
Tuesday and Friday!
It's called "Talaat Nut", The Meeting Market, in Thai.

It's probably the biggest market in Pattaya, and has everything under the sun for sale, from dogs and other pets to clothes and fruit and vegetables, orchids and second hand stuff like mobile phones, you name it they got it!
There is also a big Fresh Market across south Pattaya road that is opened everyday, with food, fruit and vegetables, meat and fresh fish and clothes as well!
There are also a smaller freshmarket on Central Pattaya road, slighly more expensive.
Fruits are also for sale at "tourist" prices at the carpark behind Mike Shopping Mall on Second Road.
There are also several markets at night on Soi Bua Khao at the other end near Central Pattaya Road.
So, if you like markets Pattaya is the place to go!
