Nothing wrong with being picky red attack... But you might have to readjust your attitude. I think you will find plenty of girls to your liking in bkk. There's plenty more in bkk than in chiang mai IMHO. Seeing as you don't like to break out the big bucks try bed supperclub, you won't find many girls that you can pay for and you'll have to pick them up like you do in your home country. But if you decided on pay per play, try soi cowboy,nana,patpong. But if thats not your scene try Q-bar, RCA (many clubs and girls but be careful and don't hit on a thai guys gf) and CM2.
