Just came back from Pattaya and I stayed at the EASTINY PLACE HOTEL. I can highly recommend this hotel, it is cheap, clean, with spacious rooms and a large pool. They charged me 800 BHT/night in low season. Also they do not charge any joiner fee. This is not the EASTINY INN which is a bit towards Beach Rd. and if you manage not to get a room at the corners of the buildings then you won´t notice the noise.
