When you get to the top of the stairs, you will see the fishbowl. Papasans will greet you and seat you on a couch so you can make a selection. If I remember correctly, the girls on the left side of the fishbowl are cheaper than the girls on the right side.
When you have made you selection, she comes out and you both head back the way you came in to an elevator that takes you to the fourth floor where the rooms are.
If you don't like the selection, and want to see the model lounge, go to the same elevator and tell the elevator attendent you want to go to the third floor. When you get out, you will immediately see the couches where the models are waiting. Either a mamasan will greet you or a waitress will sit you at a table where you can order a drink.
You can ask for the photo book, and usually at least a couple of the models present have their Penthouse, Cute, or Formen magazine photos in the book. The models have different prices depending pretty much on whether they have appeared in one of the magazines.
Same thing here as the fishbowl. Make your selection, the girl comes to your table. Chat a bit if you like. Ask her if she wants a drink if you want to chat for a longer time. Most of the girls from the model lounge speak english fairly well. When your ready, call the mamasan over to the table (Mamasan Ta is very pleasant and helpful with selection recommendations) and tell her you are ready. (I always make a point at this time to ask the girl if she is OK with me as well!) You pay the drink bill, then pay the mamasan for the session, tip her if you like (recommended if you want her to help you next time), then head back to the elevator to go up to the fourth floor.
You would have to ask about a Karaoke to know there even was one.
