I never asked about prices in Living Dolls. But it'll be low season when you're there BB, so they might be having a sale! On the other hand, some of them might charge a hefty fee, but in my opinion they'd probably be worth it if you like real stunners. When I was there the shows were stark naked so you know exactly what you're getting.

Taxis - I've only taken one from BKK city centre, not the airport. There's a place in Sukhumvit Soi 4 that does it for 1000 baht door to door, plus about 120 baht for the expressway tolls. Really clean, comfortable car. I'll give you more details if you need them. Apparently, if you're going direct from the airport, you get a metered taxi and pay beforehand at the booth just outside the airport doors, it's around 1500. The price is established before you leave, so it's cool.
