Agree it was on the news here the other day that the 'bubble' IS going to burst 5 years max..Already in my area 3 factorys have closed down in the past 2 months(600 jobs) due to soaring costs of gas/electricity. They just can't compete with eastern europe/SEA...
House prices have rocketed in the last few years as well..Its bound to come to an end..
Dell computers have their euro HQ here too employing 6000+
They are currently setting up operations in Poland(cheaper economy) creating 1000 jobs over there..I can eventually see Dell pulling out of Ireland
to set up there full time....
