CSB is perfect located but also very popular, so there is a possibility it's full. Ferb guesthouse is quite new, it opened about 1,5 year ago. It's run by a scandinavian guy and his girlfriend (Bernd and Tuki) (at least the last time I was there). They showed me the rooms and they where superb and had a much better price then CSB. But the location is a little bit away from the action in a little side soi off Nanai rd. But on the other hand I think it's about 10 min walking to Bangla Rd and 25THB by motor taxi.
