Leasehold.. No matter what anyone tells you only 30 years is a legal document.. Everything promised after that 30 + 30 + 30 is commonly said) is only a promise.. Its not legal and does not stop the leaseholder selling the land or property to a 3rd party who then does not have any promise to give you another one.. this shocks so many people who have been lied to at sale time.. 30 years it the maximum leasehold allowd in Thai law.. simple as that.
