Calling Collect
Believe it or not, I cannot find any info about how to call the U.S. collect from my mobile. In the U.S. I'd just dial the operator (0) but I don't know the (English speaking) operator number here. Will I be charged the international rate on my mobile? Can I do this from a pay phone? Any help is appreciated.
