I think this is the average quote for Asian in Thai. As I know, the quote for American and European could be a bit lower. Of cause, it also depends on the quality of the girl. In my last vists (almost 20), most girls quoted me such figure, some even quoted me bt4000/bt5000 and dealt at bt3000/bt3500 after negotiation. I never paid less than bt3000 for LT
