Lost in Translation

It's been a year since I've been in LOS so I'm not exactly fluent in Thai speak at this point but I've read the below response from my reservation request 5 times and what I get out of it is that--yes, I'm "confirmed" but they might give away my room because they are busy at that time so I should check back later. Unless I'm reading it wrong at this hotel "confirmed" in Thai means "if we have a room available you can have it".

Thank you very much for your reply e-mail, we would like to confirm your booking room on period 25 - 28 November 2006 (3 nights), for 1 standard room with a big bed in A-wing, the room rate @1,100.- included breakfast only/ per night and you will be arriving in pattaya around 8:00 pm. (20:00 hrs.) in the evening, noproblem, we are accept, we are sorry, if on that day you already arrival to bangkok airport, could you please call back to let us know again because on that time, all rooms, we still busy sir.

We are looking forward to welcome you soon.
