All I can say is "Summer Breeze" on Soi Sansabai. I would say most BM's would have already read the posts about Summer Breeze and many would know Bill from the Hash, this is a great place, great staff, fun parties and a relaxing environment.
If memory serves me correct, they only put up their prices last year. They hadn't put up their prices in around 4 years I believe.
