Serious "tea money" collection going on
Just ridden back from Soi Sansabai. Lucky I'd parked my bike right at the top by the Orchid. Police are collecting some serious money. EVERY bike up one side is chained way past the Yorkshire. Must be at least 100. I guess they ran out of chain hence they haven't chained right to the top!

Usually after about 10pm there's no problem parking bikes either side...NOT tonight!
