No, I didn't take that flight. I was just using that as an example of the average tax that needs to be found on top of the advertised flight price as you were explaining. That is from the ASDA website and is a good price IMHO for January.
I jumped on a few sites and the average is 110-120GBP for tax or there abouts as you said. Mine was purchased in Jordan for $1050 - MAN-HKT-RTN Open ended. So around the 544GBP which I was happy with.
Just hope people see through the initial price listed and note the additionals.
