I have a problem with Jetstar in that they are devaluing aviation resources in Australia, namely staff, in forcing them all onto AWA's
The underlying plan of Mr Dixon in QF is slowly move most of Qantas mainline ops onto Jetstar, and then once this has been achieved, it will be rebranded back to Qantas. The end result will be most of Qantas mainline will then be on Jetstar AWA's at half what their real value is.
Take a A330 captain for instance, at Qantas he is on around AUD220K, under Jetstar this has dropped to around AUD150K
