When I bf my girl, we settled on the price before we left the bar. Then I would leave the money under her phone and added a nice tip as she really was good for me.
I didn't have any problem about money with her whatsoever. Moreover, as I mentioned in my report as well, she wasn't really pushy asking for ld's or anything else. That is also why I rewarded her more than fair when I left.
