Maybe she doesn't have tatooes and is shy, maybe to shy to force some guys to actually use a condom. What if the tatooed girl will have the power to actually enforce this ? Talking about the lottery here...
Ah well, I think any of us, incl. the OPP at age 21, should be by now educated sufficiently to always use protection. If you really want more, then the only solution is to get a more steady relationship, do some tests together and have sex after 3 month.
