I do the same, I think!
I never say about money if the girl/s approach me first. I just do the general 1000 + motorbike taxi money home + any tips earned.
But if I go to the girl (Which is very rare) then I do discuss the financial implications of the next morning.
Of course with a girl who has approached me, i think she is at least slightly interested in me. Generally this happens earlier in the night so ld's are of course bought for her and her friends/fellow workers/boss/bosses wife/random passing people.
But then I seem to be approached alot in Tiger/Banana etc when its harder to buy ld's for them
