day 4---I couldn't believe how much cash I was going through on this trip so this day I decided to keep track:
1400 baht taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya (could have taken cheaper taxi I know)
1200 baht bar tab at beer bar near my hotel (I bought 4 drinks for a lady I was drinking with and one for the bartender, and one for the guy I bought some watches from.
2000 baht for 3 watches I bought while sitting at the bar
100 baht for two chicken kabobs at food stand
1300 baht bar tab at Silver Star gogo (includes 500 baht bar fine)
200 baht in bacardi drinks at market for lady
400 baht for dinner ( I wrote this down but have no reccolection of it, whether or not it was early in the evening or after bar and if it was just me or me and a lady
1000 lady
Expensive day but a good one so it was worth it to me.
Day 5--took a stroll down Soi 6 late afternoon. wow. This Soi isn't really my cup of tea but it was great for a change of pace and actually afterward made some of the other gogos seem boring by comparison. If you're not into foreplay then this is the place for you. I walked by Kiss Kool, saw a hotty who was looking at me and walked up to her and said I would have one drink. Literally within 5 seconds of being in the place she was straddling me. Within a minute she was doing a lot more than that. I went into a another bar on the soi and the exact same thing. You walk in and the girl doesn't sit next to you, she sits on top of you.
I hit Walking St and again went to Peppermint. Also hit Living Dolls Showcase which seemed tame after Soi 6. Also hit a place called Tramps that does all the shows. I've never been to one of those and won't be going back. Lots of couples in the place, 300 baht cover charge, 200 baht lady drink to see ugly women do disgusting acts. You can see much better shows with much better women at just about any other gogo than one of these types.
Then I hit Windmill gogo right underneath Tramps. This place was great. I basically had my own two private dancers at my table who would take turns dancing on the table. There is also a bunch of girls on the main stage that I occasionly wandered up to.
Ended up at Silver Star soi 8.
Day 6--Went way down Walking St near Club Boeshe and drank at a beer bar near the water. I think the place was actually called "drinking street".
I went to Windmill at 7pm but it was dead with one or two girls dancing so I left. I went back at 8 and it was filled but not the same vibe as the night before. First place I sat down at the dancer ordered a tequila and then 5 minutes later another one. i didn't like how that was going so I left. Back to Silver Star for the night. I had 4 ladies around me for a few hours which cost me a bar tab of 2400 baht but again, it was worth it.
Day 7--Got a foot massage and then watched ManU vs Man city football match at bar right next to hotel with big screen tvs. Went to World Wide Agogo on Beach road near Soi 8. This place was dead and I don't know why. It's close to Silver Star which is always packed and has alsmost the same exact setup on the inside. Plus, they have cheaper beer, only 60 baht a bottle unless that was just a special night that I went. The women just wern't as much fun. They were depressed, probably because there were no customers and rarely are any.
Went down to Walking St for the last time and hit Peppermint again and What's Up Agogo. The place was okay but I was in there so late it was hard to tell. It has a Jacuzzi but the place seemed a little sterile.
In general, Pattaya kicks butt on Phuket in terms of nightlife. As great as it is though I can only take it in small doses of 3 or 4 days at a time before I feel the need to get out.
