Geez! You can hire a bodyguard too with that budget. Jokes aside: no problem. the (reasonable) top you can spend for a soapy is 3000, for dinner in Sheraton for 2 as well, some drinks and tips maybe 1000 more. But obviously you can spend less and even have greater fun........
For Alfie: in PP there are more than 20 upstair bars. I gave the names previously where I guarantee you won't be ripped off. Obviously you did not know that and so you follow your instinct or worse some thai guide. In this case I believe you. Write down the names I gave you and next time you'll have a much better experience. (But..lock your wallet anyway...this advice is good anywhere in the world , not just in BKK)
