Yep, 200 baht per set, even in sleepy Nai Harn.
Being from the US, beach chairs seem a bit sissy - we usually lay on the same towel we dry off with. And my wife's from Isaan and therefore used to rolling around in the dirt.
So we bought a cheapo plastic mat and lay it out on the sand. If we get a little gritty, well, there's the world's biggest bath tub just a few steps away. Chairs only matter if you want to eat lunch.
