6 pm Welcome Ceremony, visitors and guests assemble at Loma Park, Patong Beach.
6:10 pm Arrival of Minister of Tourism and Sports Dr Suvit Yodmani. Welcome address by Phuket Provincial Administration Organization (OrBorJor) President Anchalee Vanich-Thepabutr.
6:15 pm Address by Dr Suvit Yodmani.
6:20 pm Performance by the Baan Sam Thong School choir.
6:30 pm Wreath laying and candle lighting ceremony. Dr Suvit Yodmani, Mayor Pian and OrBorJor President Anchalee lead guests in a remembrance ceremony. Flowers and floral wreaths will be laid, candles will be lit and traditional khom loy hot air floating lanterns will be released in memory of the deceased.
