Bloody bad luck Dawsey. I know exactly how you feel as the Revenue caned me a few years back with a bill for (deep breath) 56,000 quid! I had to sell my flat in London and now I could never afford to buy another one there. Now I get paid in the Middle East in a tax free country, so what I earn is what I keep.
The worst thing with the Revenue was when they sent my file to the bankruptcy enforcement division in Worthing. Most people you deal with at the Revenue are quite decent ordinary people but this lot are professionally trained to be cnuts. The guy who was on my case was called....Mister Savage!!!
