If you flew Thai Air to LOS, what were you doing in KL.
Were you not going to Bangkok and Phuket? because if you were you chose a long way round.
Looks like you have a choice, Thai/Eva/ China to BKK then on to HKT with whoever, or Singapore Airlines to Singapore and use SilkAir or Tiger to Phuket
You need to let people know exactly your itinery before you can get any correct advise.
