Can anybody help re a Creative Zen Vison M 30Gb box of tricks?

The ideal portable music system but looks as if you can only charge the box up via a computer loaded with the appropriate software. Charges at home (software loaded but won't charge at the office....ffs!)

As its very unlikely that I'll get the software loaded onto a computer in Patong and the mains charger adopter thing is between £25 and £50 in the UK does anyone have any bright ideas to share on how I can charge the box in Thailand?

Also - if an adopter plug thing is required anyone know if they are available in Patong (or airports enroute) and at what price they are selling at.
