Yeah no problem ally , If i like pattaya in nov (which i'm sure i will) , I will definately go back there in April , funny you mention arriving on April 1st as that's exactly what i did last time.
Don't forget to try Soi Post Office which is very close to Soi 13 , has many bj bars and they get good reviews also.
Another place for great st fun is Lolitas in Bangkok , check that out in the daytime while you stay in Bangkok.
