last time i went to patong i stayed too at the duangjit resort, i went in april and i stayed at the rooms nearest to the pool, i think the best ones, i have my breakfast included and it cost me more or less 2,100 baths per night for 3 person staying 2 nigths...
but i didn't reserve it from the oficial web of the hotel or other web, i just went to a travel agency in bangkok, in khao san road to specificate and i told the woman that was there that i wanted to go to phuket, she said that duanjit was really nice but she had to speak with the hotel because we didn't want to spend too much money, soo she call to the hotel and after giving low and up prices, she let us 2,100 baths per nigth in a room with 2 beds and one extra bed, i recomend this hotel everybody because the place i think is really beautifull, it has big gardens with coconuts, and a big pool with bar,thay have internet for the customer to use and some excursion, the breakfast is thai buffet, american buffet and european buffet, if you have to go to the airport, they prepair you a box with some juice, biscuits,soo you can breakfast in the airport, i think this is a good detail... you can take massages near the garden if i am not wrong by the price of 200 baths per 1/2 hour.it's not to far from the beach, if you take the road it takes you less than 5 minutes and there are a lot of tuktuks at the main door of the hotel waiting for faraign to bring them, the rooms also have air-con individual, hot and cold water, tv, phono, waker, towels, balcon,....and the minibar is really cheap with heineken ^_^, i think that's all...
i enjoyed a lot runnig all the nigths to my room catching frogs
