I use them all the time for poker. They don't allow accounts from thailand though, not sure if they do transfers there but either way you'd have to be the owner of the thai account.
The feds in the US busted the owners last week on some BS money laundering charge. All part of the american govs plan to kill off online gambling in the states for a few years so the US casinos can catch up and enter the market with no competition. They seriously missed the boat the first time around...
