There does seem to be noises that the whole under pinning is either inadequate or non existant.. The location for this whole thing is on very soft clay that extends some 15m down (from what I have read in other news reports).. Indications like this hint that anything less than a almost total rebuild will mean its forever a substandard structure being patched.
