I can agree that there are some girls who enter working in these types of establishments with the initial intention of not going with customers but most, if not all, eventually do as they succumb to the money. Sure, tips and salary are fine at first, but then they see lesser pretty girls (in their minds) pulling in many multiples of money that they do, warm up to the idea from being around it every day, then eventually do it.
Also, there are some girls that just "appear" to not go with customers, and want to be seen as being harder to get (not as easy as the rest of the girls), but you just have to ask more than once, or work a different angle, maybe try a little harder. I have a BKK based friend that worked on a girl like this for months, and finally got his "prize". Whether he was her first or not, no one but her will ever know.
If I were a husband/boyfriend to one of these girls and wanted them to stay faithful... then they would not be working in places like this. So, the ones that do let them work there are turning a blind eye to the fact that their girl is going to be going with customers, or they just don't care....
Obviously, I can't make a 100% tight claim that ALL go, but want to point out that many times, it just takes a little bit/some times lot of work outside of "How much bar fine?"...
