Depends where you bought & the size. There was one out on the highway that was the cheapest around $15-20k but the Baht rate was much different back then. N Pattaya & Jamtien were the most expensive. I still have some of the original sales brochures on several that I looked at, but will have to look up the exact prices. I bought mine at Center Condo while it was being built, 1 bed/1bath cost around $30K (I'd have to look up the exact amt). I had to put down a certain percent and then had to pay the rest off in 2 years which was interest free but I couldn't use or even enter my unit till it was completely paid for. I was fortunate in that since I was instructing Thai Marines, I had my own Thai Marine interpreter. He came out to town and read all the paperwork so I knew everything was on the up & up.
