Golden weeks happen 3 times a year: Chinese New Year, May Labour Day and Mid-Autumn Festival in October. Three days paid holiday are given, and the surrounding weekends are re-arranged so that workers in Chinese companies always have seven continuous days of holiday.
The main problem occurred because people had bought cheap, advance tickets that didn't guarrantee them entry into the amusement park on any given day, for that you have to buy full price tickets. Disneyland also had a policy of not seperating parents from children, so once a child was in the park, however, it had got their, the parent had to be let in also.
Disneyland has four main areas: Main Street USA (to get you to buy souvenirs or part with your money any which way they can), Adventureland (Jungle themed area - Lion King show is good, and the themes there are OK), Fantasyland for kids, young kids, and Tomorrowland (science, space and adventure - space mountain is good).
