Hey Guys,

Just recently bought a new car. Was wondering if anyone knows the details about the red plates you get when you first bring the new baby home. I've heard you can drive at night, you can drive outside phuket, you CAN'T drive at night and you CAN'T drive outside phuket.

Does anyone have any facts on this as my gf and I were looking at heading to Hat Yai next week and don't want any problems.
